The answer lies in enterprise!

We know that to succeed in this new world, young people everywhere are going to have to become much more flexible and resourceful.

We believe that enterprise is about using our initiative, being resourceful and creating value from the relationships that we have with ourselves and with those around us.

We call this generating “relational equity” – the accumulated value that is created when people identify mutual benefit and build relationships that yield real value.

The value of relational equity in enabling individuals to be enterprising – making them confident, resourceful, able to optimize their talents and skills – is a potential game changer for this generation.

The way forward

We have found a way to make this possible

Our Young Enterpriser Initiative (YEI) was developed to introduce a new balance in education by working alongside and complementing the current system.

It is designed to easily integrate with a Life Skills/Orientation curriculum and to prepare students of all ages everywhere to emerge from school as enterprising individuals ready for the future world of work.

Our process helps them understand how to make the most of their contacts and networking skills to open up opportunities to create their own market – and help others create theirs.
